Scope & Regulatory Compliance
This policy governs data collection and processing activities for all candidates enrolled in NEBOSH / IOSH courses, psychological therapy clients, corporate workshop participants, and website visitors. We strictly comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP 2023) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) for international qualifications.
Information We Collect
To provide accredited qualifications and clinical care, we only collect necessary, proportional information:
- Student Registration Details: Legal full name, date of birth, contact phone number, email address, and government photo identity proof (as mandated by NEBOSH UK for exam registration).
- Academic Submissions: Open Book Exam (OBE) mock papers, IG2 workplace risk assessment reports, and course progress tracking.
- Clinical & Psychological Records: Therapist intake notes and psychometric assessment results, stored securely under sealed clinical doctor-patient confidentiality.
- Transactional Data: Payment transaction receipts (we do not store credit card or banking credentials on our servers).
How We Use & Protect Your Data
Your information is exclusively utilized for:
- Enrolling candidates with NEBOSH (UK) and IOSH (UK) awarding bodies.
- Issuing digitally verifiable certificates of course completion.
- Providing access to the online LMS, study materials, and recorded webinars.
- Ensuring total privacy of clinical therapy sessions.
